If I source the work myself should I inform my agent?

This is the question many actors toil over. The answer is YES! If you want the best representation from your agent it’s a two way street, you are in a partnership.

If you are doing the work you have sourced then you are unavailable to do the work the agent is sourcing for you, therefore you are taking away the opportunity for the agent to earn money.
